How do I determine the correct size for my life jacket or wetsuit?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page. For life jackets (PFDs), the most important measurement is your chest circumference. For wetsuits, please consider both height and weight to ensure a snug, thermal-efficient fit.
What is your return policy on technical watersports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, gear that has been used in the water cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How long does shipping take within the country?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear ready for the weekend. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are Jetpilot PFDs Coast Guard approved?
We offer both USCG/Transport Canada Approved vests for maximum safety and non-approved 'Competition' vests for maximum flexibility. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page to confirm the certification of a specific model.
How should I care for my wetsuit to ensure it lasts?
Always rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after use, especially after salt water exposure. Hang it to dry in the shade on a wide-shouldered hanger. Avoid direct sunlight and never use a tumble dryer, as heat damages the neoprene.
